What is the best exercise for fat burning/ losing weight ?
On top of exercise you must also consider your diet. Over the past 2 years I have started eating a lot of cereal based products, and introduced a lot of lean meats into my diet like fish, and also started eating pastas with homemade tomato sauces. Coupled with a short daily workout consisting of about 7 minutes of abdominal workouts, 8minutes of stretches, and 20 – 30 minutes of jogging, I have began to really flatten my belly, and take a lot of flab away from all areas of my body. Most of my body fat was around my abdomen, hence why I do the abdominal routine. Of course there is no “Best” exercise for losing weight (But I’d say jogging is one of the best because its easy to work up a sweat and requires no expensive equipment at all, and doesn’t require you to travel toanywhere). If there ain’t no pain, there aint no gain (Or loss in this case!) Most of the success with losing weight/toning up comes from a good mental attitude, and drive to reach a goal that you really want.
