What is the best encyclopedia online?
Highbeam http://www.encyclopedia.com/ has a Beta version of a free encyclopedia online. I don’t know that it is the best available, but you may want to check it out. Encyclopedia Britannica http://www.britannica.com/ is online, too, but I believe you may have to subscribe to receive all the information.
