What is the best “electric start” rototiller?
My old Merry tiller has bit the dust after 30 some years and I want to buy a new one. I need electric start as I have problems pulling starting ropes anymore but do not want to give up gardening. I thought Troy built was the best. But I just used a small Troy built and when it grabs hard dirt the thing jerks forward and just about pulls me apart. Maybe a big one that is heavy would work better. I think the one I was using was only 3.5 horse power. My Sears 5 hp.tiller with just the steel rod holding it back at least will not jerk me around the garden.
