What is the best easter egg you have found on a DVD?
These are two of my favorites… …on the special edition of director Christopher Nolan’s enigmatic film, “Memento”, if you sequentially sort and solve through the varied psychological files and tests, which make up the interactive menu windows, you can go back and watch “Memento” in forward chronological order, rather than backwards, as the original theatrical presentation presented… …for those who bought the “Nightmare on Elm Street” box set, a few years ago, there was an extra disc, with nothing BUT ‘easter eggs’ on it (…dozens of them!!); it was a tour through a haunted and delapitated building, and in traversing each and every room (…of which there were several), and clicking on certain items in those rooms, the viewer was given access to just about all of the unused, promotional and behind-the-scenes film footage ever produced, having to do with Freddy Krueger, and the ‘Nightmare…” movies, which was released over the years.
