Unquestionably – a diet without any animal products! Cholesterol is only present in food that comes from an animal. If you don’t eat anything with cholesterol, you will not compound a genetic predisposition for cholesterol problems. The body manufactures its own cholesterol, and in many people is not able to cope with much added cholesterol. Throw in exercise, and relaxation, and it is proven to actually reverse arteriosclerosis! So simple a solution, yet it costs millions, and millions to treat, as many eat what they want regardless of shortening their lives. Freedom of choice, I guess.
