What is the best diet pill on the market?

First off we need to get off our FAT *SSES and lift weight weights, do cardio, and eat healthy fats, Healthy carbs, and healthy lean proteins with plenty of water. Don’t even consider taking a prescription diet pill or non prescription diet pill until you commit to that. I have followed the Body-For-Life diet religously for 6 months now. Total weight loss is 42 pounds. The first 3 months I lost 18 pounds WITHOUT supplements. These past 3 months I’ve lost 24 pounds with the help of diet pills.
