What is the best cleaning method for Berber carpet?
Research has determined the water extraction method of cleaning, such as used in a BISSELL upright deep cleaner, is an effective way of cleaning Berber carpet. It is always a good idea to contact your carpet manufacturer or retailer for specific cleaning recommendations on the carpet in your home. Some types or designs of Berber carpet have a tendency to “fuzz” with wear or repeated rubbing. It is generally recommended you vary the direction of the machine during cleaning and avoid repeated stroking or rubbing in one area.
