What is the best Circuit Training program to work your entire body?
There is no general “best for everybody” training program that works out the body fully for everyone. If you are weight lifting you will find that there are muscles that require more work than others. In cases of weight lifting lifters tend to break the body down into upper and lower – working legs, abs and back on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (as example) and upper – arms chest neck shoulders on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. In muscle building giving each muscle at least every other day of time to heal is important – muscle building does not take place during the workout – it takes place during the rest when the muscles heal from the “shredding” that weight lifting does to them. Cardio-type exercises like biking, running, swimming can be done everyday. Swimming is the very best for all over body work out – it works legs and arms at the same time.
