Chocolate chip cookies are so boring… I make cookies with Reeses Peanut Butter Cups instead of chocolate chips (but you can use chocolate chips if you want)…I call these cookies “Death by Cookie” 1 1/2 cups butter, softened (I pop mine in the microwave for 45 seconds) 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 eggs 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 bag mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cups (or chocolate chips) 1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs with a spoon until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). In a separate bowl, unwrap the bag of peanut butter cups and smash them to smithereens with a potato masher. Once they’re squished, stir them into the dough. 2. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly. 3. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool 1 to 2 minutes; re

I really like the Nestle Toll House recipe right on the bag. 2 sticks unsalted butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar (I use turbinado which is sugar in the raw) 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 1/4 cups allpurpose flour 1 bag of choc chips I think? that is the recipe. Preheat your oven to 375 deg F. Cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and soda. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together. Add the chips. If you have been using a mixer up to now, add the chips by hand. Drop by spoonfuls an inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Variations: Bars…spread cookie dough in a 9×13 pan and bake for 25 minutes. Substitute choc chips for chunks, white chips, mint chips, or any gourmet type of add in, or add nuts or raisins. Substitute vanilla with extract of mint, almond, or any of your fav liquors. Add a cup of peanut butter with the butter and sugar…this
