I’ve read that Easton is the best. If I were you, I’d go to a used sports store like the one in the link. They usually have new equipment in these stores too. I recommend this because since she is 12, she’s still growing and you’d hate to spend a ton of money for something that will last only one season. Also, a store like this will take the equipment back and give you a credit towards new (to you) equipment when the time comes. My daughter tried catching twice and it is not for her. I keep telling her the catcher is even more important than the pitchers, but she still wants to be a pitcher. Good Luck!
