Mixing up your workouts is best! Dont stick to one thing such as running on a treadmill or cycling…. Alternate!!! For example: Sunday- 20 minute Ab workout Monday- Treadmill for 45 mins. and 30 mins weight training Tuesday- 20 mins Ab workout and 45 mins kickboxing Wednesday- Cycling for 1 hour and 30 min weight training Thursday- 20 min Ab workout and 45 min on the Elliptical Friday and/or Saturday- go out dancing!!!!!!
