2 begin with if you r at home and you have got time 2 cook have egg whites tinned tomatos sum griled mushrooms and a couple of slices of turkey rashers and brown toast if you are on the go then i have 4 crackers with philly light and a tangerine thats what i do i am on a diet and have lost half a stone also a bowl of cereal with semi skimmed milk is fine but remember you have 2 keep 2 what u eat 4 the whole day 2 about 1400 calories if you want 2 lose weight i follow the weight watchers plan and i would really advise it you r not restricted 1 bit and can have a bitof what u like all the time in moderation of course good luck i no how hard it is 2 stick 2 a diet but it is soo worth it
