What is the best brand / type of new refrigerator to buy?
We just bought a new fridge last year for our new home. I did a bit of research. You can get lots of good info from asking around at Gardenweb.com in their appliance forums for specific questions about appliances. I learned a lot from them. We finally got a LG French door and have been really happy. When it arrived (We bought it off of eBay from Chicago and had it come to our home in NY) there was something wrong with a defrosting sensor and we called up the service department and they were so helpful and bent over backwards for us. I am a satisfied customer in every way. After being treated like I had disease from other companies it was a delight to find a company that listened and helped immediately. We also liked the French door Maytag.
