The blot must be PVDF, (nitrocellulose will kill the machine). Material such as Pro-Blot from ABI or Immobilon-Psq from Millipore work very well. Please be warned – If you send nitrocellulose blots we will charge you for the work taken to clean out all the flow lines. Back to top.
