What is the best approach to implementing IT Community Generics?
ORO recommends that departments take a two-phased approach when considering implementing IT Community Generics. The first phase, referred to as an Organizational Readiness Assessment (ORA), determines the level of readiness of an organization considering implementing IT Community Generics.
