It helps to take a Benadryl and to use Solarcaine Aloe Vera lotion. Solarcaine is almost always available as a spray which does work, but in my experience their Aloe Vera lotion is very good to use. You should also keep up your fluid intake since often times sunburn is accompanied by dehydration. Hope this helps.
