What is the best age to start my child skiing or boarding?

Private lessons are given for skiers at age 3. We have a great 4 year old ski Parent and Tot program. Private lessons are given for snowboarders at age 4. We offer Miniriders (Snowhawks) for 6 year old snowboarders. The right age will vary from child to child, and depends upon the child’s strength, coordination and attitude for both sports.
