what is the best age to start karate and why?
There is no good age to start karate – you can start at any age. It’s not for doing anything other than just giving you a good lifestyle. I think this is the best way of making you a whole person, and confront all the problems you have. Train until you have got no more problems, then you just have new problems. These you can get rid of easier. You spent some time training in Japan. How does modern day training differ to training in Japan? I think they train more or less the same as they used to. As far as I’m concerned, Jin Sei Kai has probably got a better standard than Japan. Jin Sei Kai has always aimed for the same standard as Japan and that’s why all the Japanese instructors that have come over have liked training at Jin Sei Kai.
