A. To check in early, have the correct travel documents to hand and very little hand luggage. Our paramount concern has always been and shall continue to be the safety of our passengers firstly in getting them to their holiday destination, looking after them once they are there and getting them home safely at the end of their holiday. Virgin Holidays maintain our own staff in resorts in the USA and Caribbean and we operate hotel visits in many of the busier areas. In the vast majority of cases, just a local call will put you in touch with our friendly staff.
