WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF TRADE MARK REGISTRATION?
A registered Trade Mark will give a monopoly over the word or logo in respect of the goods or services for which it is registered. It will therefore enable you to prevent others from using an identical or similar Trade Mark in respect of identical or similar goods and services. It can be difficult to establish strong Trade Mark rights in the absence of registration.
