What is the benefit of space exploration?
Space exploration has giving us satellites, cell phones, better computers, better robotics, GPS, better weather forecasting, better understanding of viruses, better health, near earth objects monitoring. Also, don’t be surprised if some of our great grandchildren will live on Mars one day. NASA is going back to moon and building a permanent base there. After that, off to Mars to do the same thing. NASA gets 10-15 billion dollars a year from the US government. The current war takes up that much in a month. It’s surprising to see how much NASA has done with such little money.
Space exploration takes us to the unknown. In the far future, we could have capability to travel to the stars and discover new life. Space exploration benefits the people. One day our planet could be overcrowded so we need a new planet for humans to colonize. Try watching Star Trek. That’s why this “Admiral James Kirk” stands for.
