What is the benefit of integrating Highrise with PowrFone?
Highrise is a powerful contact management system. When integrated with PowrFone, all of your inbounds are logged into Highrise. The caller id is used to match the caller with a Highrise contact, if found note describing the time and duration of the call are added to that contact as a note. If there is not a caller id match, then PowrFone will automatically create one–later whomever they spoke with can update the record with their name and other data. This is just one example and really the tip of the iceberg.
