What is the Behavior Management Plan?
1. Students often review class generated procedures for our classroom and school. The expectations are listed on the left side of each child’s “E” folder. 2. Students use “I-Statements” to develop conflict resolution skills. 3. Students visit the 1-2-3 Look At Me board and remove 1 stick for continued difficulties. 4. 3 sticks removed = Parent contact through agendas and E folders. 5. 3 days a week of zero sticks = loss of visitation to treasure box. 6. Conference scheduled between child, parent, and teacher. 7. Office referral.
