What is the beach like at SBV and in Samui?
A. The beach at SBV is a long clear stretch of white sand in both directions and with hardly a soul on it for the most part, it feels like your own private beach! In the winter months the ocean forms a large lagoon which is ideal for kite boarding and swimming. During the spring and summer months of Samui, the low tide is set back opening up the beach for walking and exploring the many rock pools and marine life that inhabit them. Perfect for the kids! Less than 15 minutes away are many more beaches such as Lamai and Chaweng. There are plenty of water sports to be enjoyed (such as jet-skiing & canoeing) as well as great swimming for all.
