When Find Now is disabled, the unit will be on only upon motion. The battery life for standard 4 AA alkaline batteries will be 100 to 500 locations depending upon the strength of GPS/GSM signal. If you only get 10 locations a day, the battery life in this case can be 50 days if the tracking interval is set to 15 minutes and all other settings are optimized.
