What is the Bath Lab return and exchange policy?
Because of the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product was damaged during shipping or an incorrect product was received. Please contact us before returning any items, to obtain a return authorization. An exchange for the damaged or incorrect product will be provided. As our products are custom-made just for you, variations in color and fragrance intensity will occur. Also note that it is natural for scents to interact with your skin and body chemistry, causing the scent to smell somewhat different after being applied to the skin. Once applied, the scent may then change subtly over time. • What’s the difference between a fragrance oil and an essential oil?Essential oils are naturally concentrated essences of plants, roots, flowers, leaves, fruits, etc. Fragrance oils are synthetic (man-made) fragrances.
