MSIG Insurance will indemnify you the cost of repair for each item that is partially damaged, or replacement as new if it is totally lost or destroyed. The Sum Insured on renovations and contents must represent the full value as new at the time of the loss or damage. If they do not, then payment will only be made after deduction for any wear and tear or depreciation.
