What is the basic function of the Zumara software?
The Zumara software allows any suitable PC host NIC or LAN adapter/s to act as up to seven LAN endpoints each providing analysis of H.323 or SIP plus simulation of up to seven H.323 UA or SIP UA. Other protocols such as ISDN Q-SIG and SS#7 are also supported by the Zumara software but these require the use of our established Clarinet hardware E1/T1 or Basic Rate ISDN S-T/U interfaces allowing protocol interoperability to be tested. The system can act as an endpoint simulator (including RTP) and a traffic generator. Options are available to generate MOS and PESQ scores for speech quality, support two or fifty full duplex g.729 channels or perform full TTCN protocol conformance tests. The system is used for protocol development, test, analysis, simulation, speech quality measurement and conformance test.
