What is the basic custom polyclonal package service?
• Immunization of 1 rabbit • 2 ml pre-immune serum • 4 injections • 5 ml antiserum • ELISA titer result (>1:16000) • Real time project monitoring • Customer support Details: The basic package is a 7 week protocol for the immunization of a single rabbit with 4 injections of a peptide immunogen that you provide. Only peptide immunogens will be accepted at this time. The first injection will include complete Freund’s adjuvant, which will be replaced on week 3 with incomplete Freund’s adjuvant in the three subsequent booster injections given on a bi-weekly schedule. 2 ml of pre-immune serum will be drawn on day 0 and a 5 ml antiserum will be collected 10 days after the last injection. The antiserum will be assayed by ELISA titer test against your immunogen and the data will be available online. We guarantee a titer of ≥1:16,000 for most peptide antigens.
