What is the basic criteria for granting a Concealed Handgun Permit?
Any person who is a legal resident of the State of Colorado, who is 21 years of age (18 years of age for a Temporary Emergency Permit). Also, a person who is a member of the armed forces and is stationed pursuant to permanent duty station orders at a military installation in the state of Colorado, and a member of the person’s immediate family is living in Colorado, is deemed a legal resident of the state of Colorado.
