What is the basic, correct way of drinking Kangen water(TM)?
There are no set rules regarding how to drink Kangen water(TM) or how much to consume, but there appear to be two main ways. The first is for people who are healthy and have a structured lifestyle and steady daily rhythm. Such individuals can drink Kangen water(TM) anyway they want. (No such thing as “too much”) The second way is for individuals who are ill, weak, or generally inactive and trying to benefit from the four effects of Kangen water(TM) (recognized by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare) to improve medical conditions. In this case, it is best to drink small amounts (1/2 of a cup) every 30 minutes or so. Individuals who drink a cup of freshly made Kangen water(TM) in the morning, and just before bed are less likely to suffer from the rebound phenomena.
