Wescom Solutions Inc. is a Mississauga based healthcare software solutions provider. Founded in 1995, Wescom provides a wide range of information technology solutions for healthcare including enterprise Long Term Care systems, performance measurement, quality improvement systems and infection prevention and control software. Wescom Solutions currently serves over a thousand healthcare customers in forty states, ten provinces and internationally. Wescom released the first beta product of PointClickCare.com Web-based Long Term Care software to customers in spring of 2000. The product was officially launched in the fall of 2000 establishing Wescom as the first company to market with a true web-based Enterprise Subscription Service for Long Term Care.
