There can be no best convincing answer to this. If you wish to work in the Oil and Gas sector (and are experienced) you should get an entry level salary of 5K AED with Acco and transportation. I would take it up, simply for the Acco factor. If you wish to work in contracting / Building management systems, it is normally 2K times the number of years of experience you have.
