You might be surprised! A regular engineer, technician, mechanic (i.e the guys that change the wheels at pit stops) would get no more than £35,000 Aero, Drivetrain technicians who would be based at the factory may get a little more but not more than £45,000 Don’t believe everything you read just because Ross Brawn gets $5m a season, he’s one engineer!
