There are many rates within our City. This makes it hard to determine what an “average rate” for the City is. Instead the city has found two ranges. One range reflects the rates HOAs pay and one reflects an average weighted mean range for single residents. Single residence subscribers pay between $16 and $20 for trash services. HOAs that the City could account for that have contracts pay between $5.60 and $15.10 for trash services.
