What is the average listing price vs. selling price precentage in Bolingbrook, IL?
I have to be honest Ronda, I think you are asking the wrong question I think you would want to know what the listing price vs. selling price percentage is for your block you are looking to buy or sell in. Looking at a city the size of Bolingbrook is not going to give you the correct information. Plus, I know when a bank goes to do an appraisal they are not going to go all over town looking for com parables. Honestly it is no different then asking what do houses sell for in IL. Also here is the issue with this. The Mls we use as Realtors take the listing price vs selling price percentage based on the last listing price. It is not taking the price reductions that have been done two or three time for those over priced. So please keep this in mind if anyone is giving you information on the city as a whole.
