What is the average income for the different positions the program prepares people for?
The range is very wide, but in general, starting salary is not very high… maybe $18,000 – $24,000 per year. Many companies may start people at from $10.00 – $17.00 per hour. This is not a great occupation to enter if you want to become rich. You should do this line of work because of your love for animals. Although, once you find your “niche,” many graduates earn upwards of $50,000 per year…a few earn over $100,000 per year.
