What is the average height of polish peoples?
Polish girls seem to be average height but usually in very good shape and as mentioned by the above poster, this is down to healthy diets and a distinct lack of interest in fast food. Polish men are without a doubt bigger (taller and bigger build) than US or Western European men and also generally in good shape. I have a theory that this is due to 40 years of communism and a vast industrial work force (broadly speaking). Before WWII Polish males were much more Western European in features and size. Also, yes it is fecking cold country (in winter). We had -30 celsius this Winter. But on the flip side its already warm and summer tends to get to around 30 celsius.
