I have four phones sharing 4500 minutes per month, blackberry and a laptop card from Sprint and my bill is generally around $300 per month total. Assuming you are in the US, the first thing to look at is coverage in the area you will be using the phone in most often before shopping price plans. When it comes down to it, all the plans from all the carriers are pretty equal.
