What is the average cost for a minister to perform a wedding?

Maybe it’s different in PA, but I’ve never known a minister to charge for performing a wedding ceremony. Normally the best man gives, discretely, the minister an unmarked sealed envelope, with whatever amount the couple feels is correct or what they can afford.
