What is the average class size in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences?
Class size varies from intimate 15-student seminars, 20-person performance and writing enriched courses, and 35-student lecture-style classes, 98 percent of which are led by a faculty member. Most courses offered by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences purposely are small in size to encourage thoughtful class discussion and dialogue.
