Currently, water, sewer and gas are not available. Septic field wastewater treatment and drilled water wells would be required unless water and sewer lines are extended to the site. What is your projection for how long it will take before the 2000 student capacity of this new facility will be exceeded? The current Linden Street and CMS campuses combined with the high school on the new site has the potential to provide the cooperative district with enough capacity for growth for the next 25+ years. Can the Co-op go ahead and call a special district meeting to obtain authorization to purchase the land? No. Purchase of the land would require a money appropriation. This means that the district would have to get court approval to call an emergency meeting. We have been advised that it is unlikely that this situation would qualify as an emergency. Can the Co-op go ahead now to raise money through the sale of bonds to purchase the land and/or build a new high school? No. Since this is a money
