What is the automatic bid time extension feature and how does it work?
The automatic bid time extension feature automatically extends the closing time of the item by five minutes if a bid is received in the last five minutes of the sale. If three minutes before the item is to close, another bid is received that item’s end time will automatically be extended another five minutes. Once five minutes have passed without any additional bidding, the item will close for bidding. This feature allows all bidders an equal opportunity to be continue in the bidding process if they desire.
