The Author’s Notes section below the poem is a provision to describe the poem if you choose to. It is also the location you use to identify the creator of any item in a poem which is not your own. Remember, you certify everything in the poem is YOUR OWN CREATION as you check the “I Agree” box. Anything not created by you MUST be identified in the ‘Author’s Notes section.
