What is the Authentic Traveler Warranty?
We guarantee everything we make against defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect arises, return it to us. We will either repair or replace it at our option. Damage caused by normal wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge (we will check with you prior to making any repairs). To return a product to us under this warranty, please call us at (800) 826-7221, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, to obtain a return authorization number. You will be asked to mail your product with your return authorization number to Authentic Traveler’s Customer Service Department, 9244 Jordan Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311. • What are my shipping options? We ship all packages via UPS. You have the option of choosing either UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or Ground. • How much are shipping charges?
