What is the attendance policy for Broker Post-Licensing classes?

0

You are required to attend at least 80% of the class that you select, meaning that you cannot miss more than 6 hours of class. Though you can ask your instructor for the information that you missed during an absence, you are not able to make up hours in another course. N. C. Real Estate Commission rule 21 NCAC 58C .0302: A school shall not knowingly enroll an individual in a post-licensing course while the individual is taking another post-licensing course at the same school or a different school if such enrollment would result in the individual being in class for more than 21 classroom hours in any given seven-day period. If you have any questions about this rule, you are encouraged to contact the NCREC at 919-875-3700.
