What is the ATC/AFC/ASTFC Initialization and how does that compare to the old MAPP OASIS system?
The Initialization files are comparable to Individual Impact Files in the old MAPP OASIS system. The Initialization Process calculates the Flowgate AFC, Reciprocal Coordinated flowgate ASTFC and Contract Path ATC values. The values are calculated for each hour of the operating horizon and daily for the first year and monthly for years 2 and 3 of the planning horizon. This process creates separate ATC, AFC, and ASTFC flowgate initialization files.
