On Page 10 of Appendix B, the second paragraph refers to a new data element for child support order information that should have been added to the system. The data element is to be “populated so that it provides the issuing State of order.” Could you give me the AT # which details this requirement? Answer: The data element, issuing state of order, was added as a mandatory data element in the final automation regulations for child support printed in the Federal Register on August 21, 1998.
