What is the Association of Private Pet Cemeteries & Crematoria (APPCC)?
• The Association represents many privately owned pet cemeteries & crematoriums. Its main objective is to ensure all of its members abide by and operate within the confines of the organisations strict CODE of Practice (see Our Code page for details). • The APPCC is currently the only organisation in the U.K. setting standards for cremation and burial of pets such that owners can understand the service being provided. Unfortunately, owners may not always get the service they expect unless they use a facility that is not afraid to set out its procedures clearly in writing. • Newark & District Pet Crematorium are proud to be members of the APPCC.
