What is the Assessment Confirmation Form used for?
This form confirms the courses that you will be assessed for. It provides an opportunity to amend your address for receipt of your results in July and also to indicate that you have a disability and may require reasonable adjustments in assessments and examinations because of a disability or specific learning difficulty. Failure to submit a form will delay production of the examination timetable in March.
